A step towards more successful communication of public administration reform
The Public Administration Reform Strategy 2021 - 2030 envisages the establishment of a working group for PAR communication, in order to better coordinate and standardize communication activities related to public administration reform. The first step in establishing this group was made on 15 October, via a meeting of PR representatives of the bodies participating in the Public Administration Reform Council. The meeting was held under the auspices of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government, with active participation of the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Marija Obradović.
The main tasks of the Working Group include the coordination and standardization of communication activities of public administration bodies involved in the reform process through cooperation in developing and implementing a joint communication plan.
The work of the Working Group will be supported by the EU-funded project "PAR Visibility and Communication", which organized the meeting; it will continue to provide help in developing the communication plan, preparing reports, organizing trainings and mentoring sessions for members of the Group and through support in implementation of communication activities envisaged by the Action Plan for the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategy 2021 - 2025.
The participants of the meeting were also presented with two documents with guidelines for communicating public administration reform and the guidelines for social networks, prepared by the project experts, which will contribute to more successful communication of public administration reform results in an orderly and standardized manner.
